Alisha is a Provisional Psychologist based in Alberta, dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. She believes in creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
Specializing in trauma-informed therapy, Alisha integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These modalities help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
Alisha offers therapy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, providing virtual and in person sessions to accommodate your needs. She holds a Master of Psychology degree and is registered as a Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
